Virgin coconut oil is your best friend as it is very safe to use around our eyes. It strengthens the lashes, and we can also prevent protein loss when used before washing our faces. And if you don’t wish to dip your mascara wand in the oil, you can simply use your fingers to rub it on your lashes before at P.M. It is also an excellent makeup remover and gently helps to remove the day-old makeup off the eyes and eyelashes.
3. Vitamin E
This is one powerful antioxidant and something I have been swearing by all my life. It helps reduce oxidative damage to our eyelashes. It contains potent compounds such as tocotrienol that help maintain hair strands and prevent hair loss. It also helps increase the number of hair strands. Believe you me, Kardashians also use vitamin E to promote healthier eyelashes. Vitamin E oil is readily available and can be used topically. You can also ingest it as an oral supplement. 4. Biotin Supplement

You must try using it at least twice a day! You can also apply petroleum jelly before applying the best mascara to prevent the lashes from becoming dry and brittle and to make it easier for the eye makeup to come off in one gentle swipe.
Further prevent your eyelashes from thinning by ensuring that you follow a healthy and well-balanced diet that includes various nutrients such as iron, zinc, vitamins, fatty acids and biotin. Don’t forget to cleanse your eyelashes and eyelids with a mild but effective cleanser. You should also avoid using waterproof eye makeup. And always make it a point to remove your make up before you sleep.
